Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To complete your return, simply contact via email or website form within 30 days and we will provide a full refund. 

Refunds

Once your notification of return is received , we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on timing.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a seven working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

If you are requesting and exchange of vehicle class we may be able to assist depending on availability so please contact us and we’ll do the best we can to work with you.
